Maltodextrin DE19 is produced by the saccharification and spray-drying of starch. It is a free flowing, slightly hygroscopic powder that dissolves readily in water. It’s a fin, white powder with a neutral odour and slightly sweet taste.
Due to its excellent solubility in water, its neutral taste and good digestibility, Maltodextrin DE19 is used an a wide variety of food products.
