It started with Vinegar…

Guy Lehmann founded Lehmann Ingredients in 1988 after winning a distribution agreement for vinegar. With the support of his wife Mary as an administrator, our first ‘team’ was formed. Little did they know that Guy’s initially small enterprise would be here 35 years later as a multi-sector distributor of ingredients across the UK and Europe.

Our founder’s legacy is present today with supply partnerships still in place since the very first day of Lehmann. Through his son Mark, and grandson Charlie, our business today remains family owned and operated.
