What is Sunflower Lecithin?

Sunflower Lecithin is a natural substance derived from sunflower seeds and is commonly used as an emulsifier in food production to stabilise mixtures of ingredients, such as oil and water. It is often utilised as a plant-based alternative in food production, cosmetics, and as a dietary supplement.
