What is it?
Native Corn Starch is a naturally occurring carbohydrate polymer. It is obtained by the process of corn wet-milling. This process involves steeping corn grains to separate extractive substances, followed by finely grinding the grains into a mush. This mush is then washed to separate starch milk, which is subsequently centrifugally dewatered and dried to yield starch.
This process results in a versatile white powder that can be incorporated into many applications.
No GMOs are used in production, and it is Halal certified.
